VIA Comments

Warning about multiple VIA sessions:

VIA is a "single browser window per computer" application. If you create multiple VIA sessions in separate browser windows or separate tabs in a single browser window, your VIA sessions may not work properly.

If you encounter problems using VIA and multiple browser windows or browser tabs are in use, close all browser windows and start a new single browser session to VIA.

If you are reporting an URGENT problem after business hours (5:30pm-8am ET, Monday-Friday) or on the weekend, call UIS at (617) 495-3232.
