Feedback guidelines: 1) Report one problem per message. 2) Enter a brief description that explains the problem well. 3) Explain how to reproduce the problem: what steps you took, what went wrong, and what you think should have happened. 4) Include any error messages you received. If possible, make a screen print. 5) Provide examples of records that illustrate the problem and identify them by system number or other unique identifier.
To include an attachment with your feedback: Use this form to send your feedback to FootPrints. When the Footprints confirmation message arrives in your Inbox, reply to it and attach the file. The appropriate form should be submitted with Order Loader, EDI and Aleph login requests. Footprints limits the attachment file size to 1000 KB (1 MB). Please send files larger than 1 MB to the individual(s) assigned to the ticket.
